The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry’s proposal allowing new and transferred licenses for train and trial areas is abhorrent and should be stopped and not continued. These are cruel practices, and wildlife should be left in the wild and not harmed or disturbed unnecessarily. The facilities should be closed.
