Please have the decency to oppose the torture of these animals. It's bad enough that you ignore the well being of humans, but it is horrifying that you could accept the torture of animals in the name of "training". You don't need to torture to train a dog.
But I'm not surprised to hear this proposed in a province that is for sale to the highest bidder.
