This practice is awful. It is cruel to treat wild animals in this way. How is this any different than catching an animal and torturing it for sport? Each animal is an important part of our ecosystem and should be treated with respect, not captured or raised in order to be hunted for sport.
I do not support granting more licenses or allowing the transfer of licenses.
