This is so wrong!!!! It’s bad enough how the Ontario government allows it’s own citizens to be homeless. Now you want to torture animals? It’s 2023, we need to be better than this. It’s highly unethical to treat animals in this way. I do not agree with this at all. There are healthier, kinder ways to train dogs. It’s so evil to subject innocent animals to this type of treatment. Shame on the Ontario government if it goes through with this.
