The language of the proposal does not address safety of the animals listed, both domestic and captured.
This proposal is written in the context that wildlife is property and that the fate of even domestic rabbits could be ruled as prey for this sport by the state
At best, this is destructive for very small scale, allegedly "neutral to positive" economic gain.
At worst, this is cruel, irresponsible and a danger to both domestic animals and wildlife.
Chasing sports like dog racing doesn't require a live animal, nor does this.
Rethink this dangerous and unnecessary proposal, it's not for a civilized society.
