Trapping injures and terrorizes animals, for them to then be hunted by dogs. It is abusive and unnecessary, and done solely for entertainment. Don’t allow more of these facilities to open. Instead you should be closing down the existing ones.
The idea that regulatory standards would protect animal welfare is not believable. The Government fails to enforce regulatory standards in Long-Term Care Homes. Why would you enforce them here?
Increasing the amount of animal abuse in Ontario is a poor use of the Governments time. And it reflects poorly on the Politicians who support it.
