The licenses were meant to phase out this abhorrent practice...what is the reasoning behind changing course by Fish and Wildlife?
Lobbyists have been pounding on the doors I suppose.
Scent training can be done effectively without the use of living animals.
I strongly disagree with this change in course.
These licenses should be allowed to die.
This practice needs to stop.
