It is absurd for a province…

It is absurd for a province and country that cherishes it's natural resources and its green spaces so much to cancel an act that only works to create a more liveable environment for everyone. The economy is not what is going to save us when climate change starts causing greater natural disasters. Hasn't it been obvious this summer that change needs to happen now and not in 20 years from now. With the onset of hurricanes and tornadoes in North America, I can't understand how the government would even consider this action. I speak for myself and for many of my friends, families and co-workers who won't stand with a government that doesn't prioritize the health of the planet and the natural spaces around us. I vote for environmentally responsible businesses, renewable energy and climate change mitigation!
