This proposal is evil. It is horrendous and barbaric, and there is nothing natural about such an arrangement. It is 2023, NOT 1923 - we should be progressing as a civilized society, not going backwards. Anyone who would engage in this behaviour borders on psychopathy and anyone allowing this type of wonton, inhumane violence to happen is complicit.
