This has come to the notice of the UK, where it would never become approved law. We have plenty of animal cruelty and welfare abuses, but there is a fast growing majority in rural and urban areas which abhors such instances once it is made public.
Cruelty for sport and fun is just not something which should be acceptable in 2023.
