This is inhumane treatment towards wildlife. Horrifying to even think of the people who proposed this in the first place. Disgusting.
This was phased out back in 1997, why should we bring back something like this, something that is so completely inhumane towards animals? This is a gross archaic practice that needs to be left in the past.
