Repealing Cap and trade without a credible alternative to meet emission reductions is irresponsible. While carbon pricing is better than cap and trade, the infrastructure improvements such as bike lane installation and energy efficiency upgrades for schools and residences paid for through the cap and trade program have made real differences. I would like your response to me to include the credible costed plan to meet the same or better carbon dioxide reductions.
