This Act leaves the government exposed to expensive lawsuits from may parties. A great deal of money has been invested and collected, without a plan for resispursement and monitoring of the collected dollars the government will likely be caught up in expensive litigation.
Morally, this isn’t conguant with municipal, federal or global action on climate change. I speak for my young children when I say that we are sacrificing their planet and future with this action.
