The original intent to cease this inhumane activity should be maintained.
This updated legislation is not appropriate, and is unnecessarily abusive to wild life. Ontario Regulation 668/98 (Wildlife in Captivity) proposed changes should not be approved. Licences for this activity should no longer be issued.
