What a gross, cruel and inhumane proposal that is.
There is no need to train dogs in that way.
Can you imagine the terror the captive animals go through?
Why are the animals in captivity in the first place? Are they are to be rehabilitated and released.
How do you treat your pet animals? So cruel.
Stop this horrid proposal now!
