I am appalled that this is happening in 2023. It was outlawed in 1997 for good reason. This practice is barbaric, cruel, and unnecessary. Surely in 2023 we have the means to teach dogs how to hunt without pens that animals cannot get out of. We can train dogs to do so many amazing things - we can train them to hunt without this. Please do not bring Ontario back in time. Especially back to times of unnecessary cruelty. We are better than this.
