I find it very distressing that the proposed change will allow wildlife to be removed from their families, caged and used in training for hunting dogs. These animals will be frightened and not understand what is happening to them. Foxes, coyotes and rabbits are timid animals and this training would terrify them beyond belief. This inhumane practice must be stopped and not allowed to continue.
