This new act and renaming for a subset of projects under the act is an erosion to the existing process. It undermines the process in place to preserve our protected spaces and only vaguely describes that it is yo help streamline projects which fall in to new categories yet to be specified for development. Simply put it is a placeholder for development criteria which have been poorly defined and presume good faith for protecting our valuable green spaces.
