This is deeply disturbing. We are already facing mass wetland losses due to development, we need to protect the last of our waters for the wildlife that depend on it. The proposed water taking process will fill the water with heavy silts and chemicals, making it contaminated and harmful to aquatic organisms, it will also increase the overall temperatures of the water, furthering algae issues and the denaturing of the lake. No oxygen in the water = no life in the water.
