I am opposed to Ssonix…

I am opposed to Ssonix Products 2010 Inc. to continue to use 20 Keefer Road
St. Catharines, ON L2M 7N9 Canada for the temporary storage and processing of liquid industrial waste, liquid hazardous, hazardous and non-hazardous waste. While I understand that this area may have been zoned for a waste disposal site, presently there are too many residents in close proximity to this site, it impacts on our safety as seen by the explosion earlier this year.

I am a resident here and I have been told that there were many violations of this company in respect to safely containing hazardous waste. There is not adequate roads in and out of this community to make me feel confident that I can escape in an emergency. Ssonix and their habits were not adequately monitored to ensure the safe storage of their products.

I would be very upset, to the point of potentially moving, if Ssonix or any other waste storage site was to be built so close to a community.
