The dissolution of this cap and trade is ridiculous. Cap and trade is not perfect, but it is a working, viable tool for all Ontarians to participate, through free market mechanisms, in reducing the burden of pollutants we are putting into the air. To compound the mess, we now have Nobel laureates telling us that carbon pricing works while the Conservative government has no replacement. Do the right thing, pull this bill.
