I object to this in the strongest terms. This will transparently reduce affordable housing, at a time when we need it most. The Ford government is shameless in its pandering to the wealthy and corporations. There is a housing crisis; now is the time to create more affordable housing, not further enable landlords to exploit the working class. Every time I think the Ford administration has hit rock bottom, they find a way to sink lower. For shame.
