This will only serve to make things easier for developers to build on wetlands and greenspace with less regulation. Building on wetlands increases climate change (bogs and forests are carbon sinks) and will increase flooding and water damage. Building in rural areas makes people dependent on cars, as there is no public transportation. And building water infrastructure is expensive. This increases housing cost. To build affordable housing, stick to building in urban areas. And please do not make it easier for animal agriculture to pollute. Plant based diets should instead be considered.
