How can you put a dump next to a small town without killing the town? You can use country fields that are clay loam and can’t grow excellent crops. There are much better locations than the town of Dresden. Are there no rules as to distance from town line? Is there no future plan for the expansion of a town growing to the north? Did anyone do a site assessment to see the smell drift and environmental effect? The Molly creek runs through this property to the Sydenham river and the ground water connects to everyone else’s wells in that area. Water wells first already established this. Please reconsider the location of this dump.
