In regards to the contamination soil plant, there is environmentally protected land neighbouring the small 32 acre lot, I can’t even put a house or shed with in so many meters of EP land anywhere and they are asking to bring in contaminated soil? The entire area is surrounded by wildlife, the wildlife drink the water ponds located on that property, birds, deer, moose, etc. the swamp lands and high water table in this area make it easy for any contaminations to get carried into the watershed where hundreds of people have their well and drinking water. Winhara road is also a narrow road, not even painted lines it’s so narrow, lots of pedestrians and is also weight restricted to 5 tonnes per axle during the spring-we all know nobody follows these laws, especially with dump trucks as job sites do not have scales. This will be creating significant damage to the road.
