In regards to the RO 019…

In regards to the RO 019-8313, Ministry Reference Number 8126-CYMRCN the proximity to the Town and local river course is by far too close to the major expansion that is being applied for.
The creek that runs through this proposal is a habitant for wildlife and drains into the local river. The river and creek has been listed as having endangered species within.
The number of trucks that is being proposed that will enter this said expansion will have a major impact on the road infrastructure as well as traffic congestion and road safety for the local community. The location of something like this should be closer to the major centres that would be sending these products to the facility rather than trucking three hours therefore being more environmentally friendly and fuel efficient.
Property values will take a big reduction with this expansion as who would want to live within a mile of this proposal.
The farm land that will be taken out of production is a major concern as this if a very fertile cropping area.
As a lifetime resident of this Town as well as a small business owner I sincerely ask this approval be turned down. Don't let our grand children deal with this future.
