There have long been aggregate pits located on Winhara rd .These locations have seen minimal use over the past twenty five years while residential building has increased significantly. The number of children who reside on this road have also increased significantly.These pits were established back when trucks were smaller and not commonly pulling pup trailers.This is not an industrial area. This is a residential -commercial area that has a small amount of heavy truck traffic and limited industrial property. Winhara rd where residents walk their dogs dogs and ride their bicycles is not a good mix for convoys of todays heavy trucks and trailers.
