Why weren't the residents of Winhara Rd area notified of this proposal to weigh in on concerns before any work even began on this site. Where do they expect to get all the water they need to "wash" the contaminated materials? What kind of chemicals will they be using to "wash" the said materials.? Will these chemicals end up in our water supply with the water table being so high in the area? What kind of retainer ponds will they have to contain the "dirty" water from "washing" the contaminated soils?
