This is a poorly designed bill that will not win votes or result in more housing.
Please read the More and Better Housing Report by Don Iveson, Lisa Raitt and Mark Carney.
Density and public transport. Not on prime farmland, wetlands, or green spaces!
Listen to municipalities, consult Official Plans and respect them and all the real planning, time, money, effort and expertise that went into them!
Consider infrastructure or lack of it. Kitchener ,for example, uses groundwater and the Grand River. Both are subject to disruption and scarcity.
