This is a ridiculous bill…

This is a ridiculous bill which will waste taxpayer money and leave Ontario taxpayers further footing the bill and the consequences of over-polluting industries in Ontario. Please reconsider and do away with this bill as it is wrong to protect the interests of businesses in this province over it's citizens. Ontario needs big business in order to create jobs and economic success, but we should not be bartering for this success with our health, safety, and clean living environments. Business have taken advantage of our environment for too long and a cap and trade program is a meaningful step towards responsible development of our businesses in manufacturing and other industries in this province while protecting and better serving it's citizens.

Please reconsider this foolish legislation.

When the UN comes out with a study detailing a point of no return that we may have already crossed and which results in 50% of the species of animals of the world being extinct in 20 years we should be making more proactive movement towards a sustainable future and not a dismantling of what has been proven to work to reduce climate impact in favour of meandering and further research on the government's part.

Please stop this foolish legislation.
