There is at least 3 elementary schools on 21hwy that the garbage trucks will be taking daily. Will they be able to stop when the many buses put in there Big Red lights 20 times in a am and at least that many times at night. That is a busy highway as it is. But out 100 extra trucks a day in that road and we will see more deadly accidents then we need to see.
