A long term care facility should be near public transit and other infrastructure, not built on natural spaces with nothing around it. Please stop “cutting red tape” and using MZOs to make it easier for developers to destroy wildlife habitat, wetlands, forests, etc. The UN says that affordable housing must not come at a coat to the environment. And these projects are mostly commercial and industrial. All this destruction contributes to climate change and human wildlife conflict. Please do not allow natural places to be destroyed.
