Please eliminate the phase in period for DCs. Every penny of discounts to developers gets transferred straight to taxpayers through municipal taxes. In Hamilton, our 2024 property tax increase was 5.79% and 44% of that increase was to cover lost revenue from DCs. Your government claims to be "for the people" but this is yet another example of "for big corporations" which our taxes increase for their profit.
