I believe that this proposal should be urgently approved. We are in a housing crisis in Ontario and housing of all types is needed. These buildings will provide crucial units to the region and will support renters and owners of all income brackets. My only additional ask is province also invest in additional bus and train transportation in Vaughn to support all their residents. Regardless of the transit though, these units must be built.
