Norfolk needs to expand its tax base.
Urban boundary expansion will allow it to do so.
Please allow the urban boundary expansion onto farm land.
Please also look at who is submitting these comments. Our former MPP who has a personal vendetta against the PC government and our current mayor is leading the charge. Also, I have yet to see any farmer want to curtail the urban boundary expansion.
