I completely agree with changing the system.

I don’t agree that anyone who gets a tag on 1st choice 2nd draw should lose points. That isn’t fair to the groups who got no tags in first round and apply in 2nd and draw 2 tags with different point totals, now both those party’s lost their points when they only intended for 1 tag.

Option 2 and 3. Make total sense, the ppl that drew multiple tags by chance in 2nd draw and can claim what they want and then other hunters have the chance to purchase the tags that didn’t draw a tag. This is the smartest option of them all, keep the first 2 draws exactly the same, just Shorten the time to claim tags. Then allow a 3rd chance “surplus” purchase. Lots of states are doing this with their draw tags and it gains the revenue of tags and gets people hunting. The 3rd chance being first come first served is great.

Fully support the option 2/3 but not option 1.
