Hello. Yes changes are necessary. You should also look into actual residence of any Moose WMU having priority over non-residents of said WMU. Not every year but every 4-5yrs. By the time I have enough points to receive a tag for my WMU I'll be 70. Doesn't seem right that I can't hunt in my own backyard but have to travel 4-6hrs to hunt Moose if I'm lucky to get a tag at all. I moved to WMU 42 to take advantage of the environment, now I still have to travel to hunt Moose while there are 2-6 in my back yard every 2-3days. Doesn't seem right.
