This is a great idea, eliminating the opportunity for ppl to not claim tags cause they didn’t get what they wanted regardless of points. Further more I’m all for residents of a WMU being able to enter a last chances draw or purchase for any left over tags. Pretty sure lots of locals that don’t get a tag yet ppl that travel hours apon hours to hunt a wmu there not a resident, locals get pissed about that. All resident hunters should have priority over non residents so ya residents getting another chance at a tag is great
