This is the most absolute backwards legislation I have encountered in recent memory. Just an absolute travesty. We should very specifically be incentivizing active transportation like cycling, while disincentivizing driving (ie. let's internalize the countless negative externalities that result from our obsession with pollution- and GHG-spewing combustion-powered vehicles). This premier is really making a solid play to replace Harris as the worst premier in Ontario's history.
