Some people with lots of children, coming from far, delivering things, travelling with people whom have accessibility and elderly CANNOT use bikes….

If you want to help bikers, make another city just for them. A new city with a clean palate, which allows you to make the infrastructure that supports real homes (not condo), 4 lanes of car traffic, 2 lanes for bikes and wider sidewalks for people to commute
