Commentaire
The section on bicycle lanes is basically a bill of attainder against cyclists. Legislating that motor vehicle lanes are sacred and must be preserved regardless of a municipality's intent is poor policy and reeks of scapegoating. Overriding municipal decisions for no reason except to blame cyclists for provincial planning failures is an overreach without precedent. Please remove this entire section from the bill.
