NO to PROVINCIAL OVERRIDE
This is so incredibly wrong, taking local government from being able to make decisions for their direct community. Bike lanes enable people to reduce vehicle congestion on roads. Having control of our own city streets is essential for a community to communicate directly to their municipal representatives of what is needed in their own neighbourhoods.
