Let’s encourage biking as a means of reducing traffic instead of paving the way for more car-centric cities. Not only does this bill not make any sense, it also continues to prioritize cars instead of supporting alternative methods of effectively getting around. Clearly, cars aren’t working. We know that bikes do. Bikes aren’t going anywhere. It’s 2024 and it’s time to invest in clean, effective transportation options.
