What a waste of government…

What a waste of government and public funds.

Please allocate them elsewhere that would actually benefit the public . Like improving on our public transportation systems, which depending on where you live are abhorrent.

Some people need these bike lanes to get to and from work , due to failed public transit system and lack of funds to afford a vehicle.

Implementing this system that will require planners to review every road and lane will make things even harder for those who need those bike lanes. What little space they have could be revoked .

Please reconsider this , and invest in a better transit system in our cities. That way we’re not always expanding our roads to try to bandaid a growing problem.
