Amazing how blatantly corrupt this bill is. Overreach into Toronto policy. Decreasing barriers to entry to drive to reduce congestion? The real kicker is the attempt to shove the 413 down our throats by introducing a way to bypass environmental assessments. The only thing that actually makes sense is increasing highway speed limits. It's like a piece of candy attached in with a bill of poison.
