As a long term Toronto resident, bike lanes are essential to safe travel around the city. I request a full removal of Part XII. As a driver in the city, I find the impediment/closure of traffic lanes due to construction by private condo developers to be a much bigger problem for traffic flow.

Please allow the city to keep its residents safe by not interfering with our bike lanes. We have only to look to other cities such as New York that continue to successfully grow their bike system and maintain traffic flow.
