I would love the people proposing this to go and live beside it - no one in their right minds would want to live near a human pile of waste - especially where the walls don’t even cover a third of what’s there! Not only that, this area got 6” of rain in three hours in August. The fields were flooded. The downfall of that rain drains into the Sydenham River. Tell me how you’re going to manage that?
