As a long time resident of Adelaide Metcalfe Township, I want to voice my concerns for the inadequate storage being proposed for the biosolids facility at 27500 Kerwood Road. First off, I would like to say that I do not agree with the use of biosolids and feel the potential exposure to the numerous chemicals and the risk to the health and safety of our communities, land and animals is too great and I personally do not want to see a facility anywhere near where I live.

I respectfully would suggest that the manner that is being proposed for holding the biosolids matter would put the health and safety of our community as well as surrounding communities at risk. We have seen situations where our area has received a significant amount of rainfall in a short amount of time which has caused flooding into our roadways, properties and farm fields. It's very concerning to think that chemical run off from this facility could infect our land and get into our rivers, creeks etc. We do not want to be exposed to this!

If the facility is inevitable (which I hope it is not), I strongly feel that a fully enclosed and controlled facility must be used.

Please put the health and safety of Ontarians first.
