I think this is great. This province needs more storage for bio solids. The municipalities don't invest enough in it themselves. Lots of municipalities get full in the off season and have to pay huge tipping fees. So if a private company is willing to invest in storage for biosolids you should definitely let them. This will save us all alot of taxes.
