Why are registered hunting…

Why are registered hunting camps that contribute hundreds of dollars to go hunting are not getting tags so they can go hunting, why not but your camp registration on your application so they know for sure your are serious about going hunting and make 10 applications a guarantee in that camp would receive an adult tag. We had hunters apply with high points in second draw and didn't get a tag but there was still tags leftover after the draw so how does the point system work if there is so many tags left , so this is where huntings camps should be getting fisrt chance to get available tags.
